Rokytne

Rokytne ( Ukrainian Рокитне , Russian Ракитное Rakitnoje ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Kiev Oblast with 11,200 inhabitants (2016).

The settlement was founded in 1518. Rokytne received the status of an urban-type settlement in 1957. Rokytne is the administrative seat of the Rokytne district and lies on the left bank of the Ros . The capital Kiev is 95 km northeast of the city.
