Hrebinky ( Ukrainian Гребінки ; Russian Гребёнки Grebjonki ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kiev with about 7,000 inhabitants. The village, founded in 1612, has had the status of an urban-type settlement since 1958.

Geographical location

Hrebinky is on the river Protoka ( Ukrainian Протока ), a 59 km long left tributary of Ros , in the south of Rajon Vasylkiv on the highway M 05 66 km southwest of the center of Kiev , 30 km south of Rajonzentrum Vasylkiv and 22 km north of the city Bila Tserkva . The Kiev-South airfield is located 5 km north of Hrebinky .
