Sebastian Jakob Fischer (born May 28, 1966 in Munich ) is a German actor , voice actor and news anchor .
Sebastian Fischer attended the Zinner Studio drama school in Munich . In 1993 he appeared in the 278th Tatort episode "A Midsummer Night's Dream" as Karl Wagenseil . After that he was seen in numerous other television series such as Aktenzeichen XY ... unsolved , SOKO 5113 , Derrick , Die Rote Meile , Forsthaus Falkenau , Drei zum Verhaben and Siska . From 1996 to 2002 and 2007 he played the Emanuel Zirkowski in the ARD - soap opera Marienhof .
As a voice actor he lent a. a. Luke Perry in the early episodes of Beverly Hills, 90210, or Harvey E. Lee Jr. in the heat of the night his voice.
He now works as a newscaster for private radio stations, including Radio 7 and Antenne 1 .
