Reviews

"Lanser looks for notes that are as abnormal as possible, such as quintuplets , arranges them at as irregular intervals as possible in unfamiliar time signatures , such as 11/8 time, and plays the whole thing in as unplayable tempos as possible , let's say beyond 200 beats per minute . It goes without saying that Lanser also plays figures in 4/4 time to suggest to the audience that everything is very easy and danceable. "
