Security is a 2017 US - Bulgarian action film directed by Alain Desrochers . The film was released on October 3, 2017 on the streaming service Netflix .
action
Jamie is in the care of the US Marshals Service . She is the main witness in an organized crime trial. However, the convoy is ambushed. She manages to escape and to take refuge in a remote shopping mall.
Former Marine Captain Eduardo Deacon, known as "Eddie", is starting his first shift as a security guard there. The mall is well stocked as it is located between two cities where the crystal meth trade is thriving. After a tour with Vance, who is supposed to train him, Deacon finds the little girl knocking on the locked front door on his first guard tour alone. He lets her in and offers her shelter in the security office.
Shortly afterwards, Charlie appears, posing as the girl's father. After a brief verbal exchange of blows, the fight begins. Charlie and his gang of thugs lay siege to the mall. Enough time to prepare a few traps, the fight against the overwhelming number of fighters begins. Eventually Eddie manages to kill Charlie. Besides the seriously injured Vance, he and the girl remain the only survivors. He hands the girl over to the witness protection program and returns to his family.
