The Seespitz is a 1574 m above sea level. A. high summit in the Dead Mountains in Upper Austria . It rises on the eastern edge of the Warscheneck group in the Pyhrn-Priel region. Its location directly above the Gleinkersee south of Windischgarsten gave the summit its name.
The summit offers a good view of the entire Windischgarstner basin as well as of the Sengsengebirge and parts of the Dead Mountains.
The shortest marked hiking trail leads from the Gleinkersee over the Seegraben and the Kniewasser-Steig to the summit of the Seespitz. Furthermore, an ascent from the Pießling-Ursprung near Roßleithen or from the Wurzeralm near Spital am Pyhrn is possible , each via the managed Dümlerhütte .
