The Sergey Yesenin ( Russian Сергей Есенин ) is a river cruise ship that was built in 1984 by the Österreichische Schiffswerften AG Linz in Korneuburg / Austria and delivered to the Moskva River Shipping Company ( Russian Московское речное пароходствоходствоо ) in Moscow . It belongs to the Sergey Yesenin class (project Q-065). The ship was named after the Russian poet Sergei Jessenin .

The river cruise ship with three passenger decks was built in 1984 at the Korneuburg shipyard as part of the Österreichische Schiffswerften AG Linz in Korneuburg / Austria as Sergey Yesenin for the Moscow shipping company (Russian Московское речное пароходство ) in Moscow . She was one of a series of five Sergey Yesenin ships produced between 1984 and 1986 , which was also known as "Project Q-065". The Sergey Yesenin has a diesel-electric drive with three non-reversible main engines 6VD-18 / 15AL-1, each 329 kW with an exhaust gas turbocharger .

The Sergey Yesenin is used by MosTurFlot on the Volga , Moskva and Neva on the Moscow - Saint Petersburg cruise route . The captain (as of 2020) is Leonid Tschernischow (Леонид Чернышев).

Furnishing

The ship was provided with single and double cabins as well as 1-, 2- and 4-bed cabins, all with washing facilities. There is also a bar, restaurant and common room available.
