Sergio Allievi (born January 17, 1964 in Essen ) is a former German soccer player .
career
Allievi began his career as a professional footballer in the 2nd Bundesliga with SG Wattenscheid 09 , for which he had already been active in his youth. After scoring 14 goals in his second season, the German-Italian moved to the Bundesliga for 1. FC Kaiserslautern in 1986 , where he fought for a regular place and scored twelve goals in his first two years. In the following two seasons, however, he only scored two more league goals. In 1990 he won the DFB Cup with Kaiserslautern . In the final against Werder Bremen , however, Allievi was not used.
In the summer of 1990 he was one of the first West German players to move to the GDR . With the reigning double winner Dynamo Dresden he reached the quarter-finals of the European Cup in 1990/91 , in which they were eliminated against the eventual winner Red Star Belgrade , and qualified as a runner-up for the Bundesliga in the 1990/91 league season. After his second year in Dresden - a season in the football club, in which he mostly only played as a substitute - he left Dynamo and signed with the second division promoted SpVgg Unterhaching , with whom he did not manage to keep the class.
As a result, Allievi signed in the then third-class Oberliga Nordrhein with Fortuna Düsseldorf . He managed to return directly to the 2nd Bundesliga with Fortuna in the 1993/94 season . In the following season, Düsseldorf made the march perfect and rose to the Bundesliga. However, Allievi stayed in the 2nd division and moved back to SG Wattenscheid 09, with whom he was relegated to the Regionalliga West / Southwest in 1996 . After rising again in 1997 and relegated again in 1999, Allievi ended his professional career in 2000 in the Regionalliga.
After his football career, Allievi worked in the Alfried Krupp Hospital in Essen- Rüttenscheid .
