The Sete is a left tributary of the Helme in the district of Nordhausen , Thuringia , Germany .
course
The Sete rises east of Weilrode in the nature reserve Sülzensee - Mackenröder Wald , near the state border with Lower Saxony . As the first place it flows through Limlingerode . The stream runs almost parallel to the B 243 and the Ichte . The last village on the course of the Sete is Schiedungen . South of Schiedungen it flows into the Helmets at the Schiedungen reservoir.
