The yacht was built in 2010 under the hull number Y706 at Oceanco in Alblasserdam , the Netherlands and delivered on November 22nd. The yacht cost $ 200 million to build.

The yacht, which is driven by up to 23 crew members, has seven passenger cabins in which twelve passengers can be accommodated.
