Today he works under the artist name “sha.” On projects and wellness devices that are supposed to open up new, synaesthetic fields of perception by connecting the senses ( multisensory ) . Starting from the medium of sound, connections to other sensory qualities should be established. Color, light, shape, haptics , warmth, scent should be combined through sound in an overall experience of immersive art .

At the Institute for Perception Research GmbH in Vienna, he develops projects together with various interdisciplinary teams of experts. This development work is funded by the AWS Impulsprogramm (Austria Wirtschaftsservice), the WWFF (Wiener Wirtschaftsförderungsfonds), Departure (Creative Industries Vienna) and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce .

Rodler also appears internationally as a lecturer and creative consultant. His topics relate to creativity, perception, the relationship between art, science and business and self-discovery. In 2005, the sha. Holding GmbH founded in Vienna.
