Shorot Francis Gomes
Shorot Francis Gomes (born December 15, 1965 in Hashnabad , Bangladesh ) is a Bengali clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Dhaka .
Life
Shorot Francis Gomes received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Dhaka on May 31, 1990 .
On February 8, 2016 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Forma and auxiliary bishop in Dhaka. He was ordained episcopal by the Archbishop of Dhaka, Patrick D'Rozario CSC , on April 22nd of the same year. Co- consecrators were the Apostolic Nuncio to Bangladesh, Archbishop George Kocherry , and the Bishop of Sylhet , Bejoy Nicephorus D'Cruze OMI .
