The Sianne is a river in France that runs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises at the summit Buron de Tioulouse in the mountains of the Cézallier , in the municipality of Anzat-le-Luguet , drains south-east to northeast through the Regional Nature Park Volcans d'Auvergne and flows after 33 kilometers in the municipality of Blesle , just a few meters above the Mouth of the Voireuze river , as a left tributary into the Alagnon . On its way the Sianne crosses the Puy-de-Dôme , Cantal and Haute-Loire departments .
