The road bike race Sibiu Cycling Tour 2013 was the third edition of this Romanian stage race .
The competition took place from July 11th to 14th. The total length of the race was 479.5 km and was held in a prologue and four stages. It was classified in the UCI category 2.1 of the UCI Europe Tour for the first time . This enabled two UCI Professional Continental Teams teams to take part in the race. There are also 13 UCI Continental teams and four national teams.
The overall winner was the Italian Davide Rebellin , who also won the second stage, the points classification and the mountain classification .
