Siegurd Heinze

Siegurd Heinze (born May 9, 1961 in Lauchhammer-Ost ) is a German local politician ( independent ) and since February 2010 district administrator of the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district in southern Brandenburg .

Life

Heinze, who grew up in Meuro , attended the Polytechnic High School Annahütte from 1967 to 1977 . From 1977 to 1979 he completed an apprenticeship as an electrician in the VE lignite combine Senftenberg . He then worked until 1980 as an electrician in the “Meurostollen” briquette factory in Hörlitz . After completing basic military service (1980/81), he began studying at the Engineering School for Mining and Energy in Senftenberg in 1982 and graduated in 1985 as a graduate engineer. (FH) for electrical energy systems. From 1985 to 1986 he was a production engineer at the Klettwitz-Nord opencast mine and from 1986 to 1993 at the Sonne / Freienhufen power plant as a production engineer for switchgear and most recently as deputy manager. There he took over the management of employees from 1986.

Siegurd Heinze is a Protestant and has been married since 1985. He has two daughters and lives in Meuro.

Political offices

In 1990 Heinze became honorary mayor of the municipality of Meuro. He stayed that way until 1993, when he was elected official director of the Schipkau office at that time. He held this office until 2002. Also in 1993 he started an adaptation training for the higher service at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration Brandenburg in Bernau near Berlin . He completed this in 1994. From 2002 to 2010 Siegurd Heinze was mayor of the non-governmental municipality of Schipkau . In the direct election in January 2010, he was elected third district administrator in the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district. In the district election on April 22, 2018, Heinze was confirmed in office for another eight years with 56.3% of the valid votes.
