Location of Siele in Enger

In terms of population, Siele ( Suile in Low German ) is the smallest district of the town of Enger in the Herford district . It has 119 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2007) and is located in the north of Enger. Farms and homesteads are predominant. Siele is also the most populous district in the Herford district and was the smallest municipality in the former Herford district before Rehmerloh .

Until 1968, Siele formed an independent municipality in the Enger district. On January 1, 1969, Siele was incorporated into Enger.
