Sinthaveechai Hathairattanakool ( Thai : สินทวี ชัย หทัย รัตน กุล ; * March 23, 1982 in the province of Sakon Nakhon as Kosin Hathairattanakool ) is a Thai soccer goalkeeper . He currently plays for the Thai first division club Chonburi FC .
career
Growing up in Chonburi Province , he went to the Assumption Sriracha School, where he also began his football career. He regularly took part in local and regional tournaments.
He began his professional career at FC Thailand Tobacco Monopoly where he also grew up to be a national player. In 2004 he received his first invitation to the national team. The first major tournament for him was the 2004 Asian Cup in China.
In 2006 he moved from Osotspa to Persib Bandung in Indonesia, but returned to Thailand after just six months and joined Chonburi FC . In 2007 he took part with the national team at the Asian Games in Doha, the ASEAN football championship and the Asian football championship . He was also able to win the championship in the Thailand Premier League with his club Chonburi FC and was even associated with Manchester City .
In 2008 he played with FC Chonburi in the AFC Champions League .
In 2009 he changed his first name from Kosin to Sinthaveechai. In October, after the 2009 Thai Premier League season ended, Kosin was loaned to Persib Bandung . He already played there in 2006. In March, in time for the start of the season in Thailand, he is expected to return to Chonburi FC. In 2016 he signed a contract with Suphanburi FC . After three years, he went back to his old club Chonburi FC for the 2019 series.
In 2012 he was named Thailand's Footballer of the Year.
