The Sioulet is a river in France that runs in the Puy-de-Dôme department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . Its source river rises under the name Perchade in the municipality of Giat , later changes its name again to Ruisseau de Feydeix and only takes its final name from the confluence with the Petit Sioulet . The watercourse initially tends to the east, but then turns to the northeast and flows after 46 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Miremont and Saint-Jacques-d'Ambur in the reservoir Retenue des Fades Besserves as a left tributary into the Sioule .
