Wnuck (noble family)
Wnuck also Wnuk , Wnuck Cieminski , Wnuk Lipinski or Wnuk Dombrowski , German: Enkel is the name of a Kashubian noble family from Pomerania .
history
In 1525 the Polish King Sigismund I confirmed the nobilis of Liepnitz their privileges. Several members of the Wnuk family are named here.
In 1658 the family with Martin Wnucken Cieminski was first mentioned in Zemmen .
In the middle of the 18th century, the Wnuck and two families settled down in Trzebiatkow . 1817 William was of Wnuck, the natural son of Johann Wilhelm von Wnuck and adoptive son of Paul von Wnuck, all at Trzebiatkow, in the Prussian nobility in maintaining the trunk arms, lifted .
Already in 1804 the nobility was confirmed by the West Prussian government in Marienwerder .
The Wnuck were among others at Reckow , Platenheim , Adlig Klonschen, Zemmen , Czarndamerow and Trzebiatkow in the district of Bütow , as well as to Liepnitz, Prondzona and Ostrowitt , Adlig Lonken, Adlig Briesen , Konarzin and Mielno in the Schlochau district .
The above names are derived from the places Zemmen, Czarndamerow and Lipnitz.
Today the families live in Germany and Poland .

The family coat of arms shows: in blue shields over an upwardly curved crescent moon , seven (1, 2, 1, 2, 1) gold stars ; on the helmet with blue-gold covers three (gold-blue-gold) natural ostrich feathers .
