After his return, a loan deal with Real Valladolid followed , where he made it to the Primera División in 2007 . In 2008 the loan ended, but Sisinio did not return to Valencia, but moved within the Primera División to Recreativo Huelva . There he had to relegate at the end of the 2008/09 season .

Sisi has already proven its quality on an international stage several times. At the U-17 World Cup in 2003 he reached the final with Spain and only had to admit defeat to Brazil. Six years later, in 2009, he took part in the U-21 European Championship in Sweden with the Spanish U-21 national team. There Sisi was used in two games, but could not prevent Spain from being eliminated after the preliminary round.
