Skye Moench (born October 1, 1988 ) is an American triathlete and Ironman winner (2019).

Career

She has been married since December 2015 and lives in Salt Lake City .

Skye Moench finished eighth in the world championship in the long distance triathlon (4 km swimming, 120 km cycling and 30 km running). In July 2018 she came second behind the Finn Kaisa Sali at Ironman Switzerland in Zurich .

In June 2019, the then 30-year-old won the Ironman Germany and thus the Ironman European Championships . In August she won her second race in the middle distance with the Ironman 70.3 Boulder . She is trained by Cameron Watt .
