Men's wheelchair tennis doubles from the 2004 Summer Paralympics .

The defending champions were Robin Ammerlaan and Ricky Molier . Molier did not run again, while Ammerlaan took fourth place. The game was played from September 19 to 26, 2004. A total of 52 players took part in this tournament.

Shingo Kunieda and Satoshi Saida won the tournament and thus the gold medal after a 6: 1, 6: 2 win over Michaël Jeremiasz and Lahcen Majdi .
