Soulles is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Bourgvallées with 482 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Manche in the region of Normandy .
geography
Soulles is about 13 kilometers southwest of Saint-Lô and 19 kilometers east of Coutances . The neighborhoods are
- Saint-Martin-de-Bonfossé in the north,
- Le Mesnil-Herman in the northeast,
- Moyon Villages with Moyon in the east,
- La Haye-Bellefond and Le Guislain in the south,
- Notre-Dame-de-Cenilly to the west and
- Dangy in the northwest.
The local situation is crossed by the river Soulles of the same name .
history
On January 1, 2019, Soulles was incorporated into the Commune nouvelle Bourgvallées and became the Commune déléguée. It belonged to the arrondissement of Saint-Lô and the canton of Saint-Lô-2 .
