The Spitzbach , also called Goldbühlbach , is an approximately 2.0 km long left tributary of the Nesselbach .
course
The Spitz Bach created about 250 m southwest of the court Aalen -Spitz in a small grove . It initially flows in an easterly direction, leaves the forest after a few hundred meters and continues its course through an orchard in the Gewann Spitzäcker . Its bank is planted with hedges and bank trees. Here the route of the former Upper German-Raetian Limes crosses it in a south-west-northeast direction . The stream then flows through the Gewann Goldbühl , touches the southern tip of the Bergholz forest and turns there to the south. In this section there are three artificially created smaller spawning grounds for amphibians . It is then bordered by alders on the slopes of the Mäderhof landfill . At Aalen- Hammerstadt , which it passes close to the east, it finally flows into the Nesselbach from the left .
