Stadelhofen is a district of the city of Karlstadt in the Lower Franconian district of Main-Spessart in the German state of Bavaria .

The place is 275  m above sea level. NHN between Karlstadt and Marktheidenfeld on State Road 2438 , into which State Road 2437 from the direction of Lohr am Main joins on the northern outskirts .
