Stan Lee's Lucky Man is a British television series that was created by American Marvel mastermind Stan Lee . The first season of the series became one of the most-watched series on the broadcasting station Sky 1 in its home country with an average of 1.9 million viewers . The television series was extended by a second season, which aired in February 2017. The German-language broadcast began on March 1, 2017 on Sky 1 , which also broadcasts the 2nd season and, since August 15, 2018, the 3rd season.

The cop Harry Clayton has lost practically everything, which is mainly due to his gambling addiction . His wife and daughter are gone and he owes a lot to a money shark and casino owner. Then he meets a mysterious woman who puts an antique bracelet on him, which from then on helps him achieve immeasurable happiness. However, this was not intended for him, and so he is pursued by the actual recipient. He has to realize that luck has its price.

Production background
The idea for the series came from comic book author Stan Lee when fans asked at a convention which superpower he would like to have himself. Then he just meant “luck” himself, and the idea for the series was born because he never used luck as such as a power for one of the heroes he had invented.
