Stanisław Kostka Rosołkiewicz (born November 13, 1775 in Old Scotland near Danzig , † June 16, 1855 in Danzig) was a Catholic priest in the Danzig diocese .

He attended elementary school in Old Scotland, after which he studied philosophy and theology in the seminary in Leslau . From 1797 to 1799 he taught at the school in Bromberg . On September 1, 1799, he was ordained a priest in Leslau.

The Bishop of Leslau, Józef Ignacy Rybiński, sent him to Gdansk to do pastoral work. He became vicar, and in 1818 pastor at the Royal Chapel in Gdansk . In 1816 he was appointed Dean and Papal Chamberlain .

Thanks to his initiative, a branch of the Catholic Pius Society was established in Gdansk in 1848, which was engaged in the operation of hospitals and old people's homes. The Marien Hospital on Weidengasse was inaugurated on March 19, 1853 .

On the 50th anniversary of the priestly ordination on September 1, 1849 Stanisław Kostka Rosołkiewicz was awarded the Red Eagle Order III by King Friedrich Wilhelm IV . Class excellent. The city council has honored him with honorary citizenship of the city of Gdansk.
