Stanislao Eula

Stanislao Eula (born June 10, 1818 in Mondovì ; † April 10, 1886 in Novara ) was an Italian clergyman and bishop of Novara .

Life

He was from the University of Turin to Dr. theol. doctorate and received on 5 June 1841, the sacrament of Holy Orders . From 1859 to 1876 he was a canon and archpriest of the Cathedral of Turin .

On January 28, 1876, he was appointed Bishop of Novara. The episcopal ordination donated to him on April 17th of the same year Luigi Cardinal Oreglia di Santo Stefano ; Co-consecrators were the archbishops Giacomo Cattani , secretary of the Council Congregation , and Edward Henry Howard of Norfolk , auxiliary bishop in the Diocese of Frascati .

Stanislao Eula died in 1886 and was buried in Novara Cathedral.
