Stefan Haider

Stefan Haider (born October 30, 1972 in Zeltweg , Styria , Austria ) is an Austrian religion teacher and cabaret artist .

Life

Haider grew up in Knittelfeld and also attended school there. After graduating from high school, he studied theology . After completing his studies, he was employed as a religion professor at a Styrian grammar school . In 2006 Stefan Haider moved to Vienna. In addition to his cabaret career , he is currently working as a religion professor at the HLM / BAKIP in Wiener Neustadt .

Haider began to write his own songs and texts early on. After realizing that his audience liked his humor , he wrote about his "lectures" in cabaret . From 2005 to 2006 he was part of the “Long Night of Cabaret” in the Niedermair cabaret together with Thomas Stipsits , Pepi Hopf and Fredi Jirkal . He was seen on ORF as part of the Hyundai Cabaret Days and from Cabaret in the Tower .

In October 2018 the program "Freifach: Herzensbildung" was recorded by ServusTV in the Wiener Neustadt City Theater and in November "Free Jazz" was recorded by ORF .
