Stefan Roos (singer)

Stefan Roos (born November 28, 1972 in Chur ) is a Swiss singer and composer of hits .

Career

Roos started his professional career at the age of 21. Until the end of 2003 he was seen at numerous TV and live events, among others together with Wolfgang Petry , the Kastelruther Spatzen , Andy Borg , the Klostertalern and Hansi Hinterseer .

From 2004 to 2008 Roos focused on writing texts for other interpreters and therefore refrained from performing on his own. After these four years he concentrated again on his own performances and in 2009, together with his singer friends , won the Swiss preliminary decision for the Grand Prix of Folk Music 2009 for the title “ The Heart of a Mother ” . Roos is the ambassador for the Heidiland holiday region and the Swiss Children's Cancer Aid.

Roos composes for Vreni Schneider and Linda Fäh , among others .

Stefan Roos lives in Bad Ragaz , is married and has two children.
