Stefan Trienekens (born August 21, 1970 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Trienekens won the German championship in 1986/87 with Bayer 05 Uerdingen's B youth team. The vintage to Stephan Paßlack and Markus Bayertz defeated 1. FC Nuremberg clear with 4: 0th From 1989 to 1991, the 1.94 m tall striker was part of the Uerdinger Bundesliga squad, but only played one role. He then moved to Bundesliga club Fortuna Düsseldorf in 1991 , with whom he was relegated from bottom of the table in 1991/92 . In 1992/93 the crash in the Oberliga Nordrhein followed . In 1993 Trienekens took part in the military world championship in Morocco with the Bundeswehr national team and took third place. Trienekens then joined the Westphalian upper division club VfL Gevelsberg and then played for FC Remscheid for two years from 1994 to 1996 . In 1996 he returned to Fortuna Düsseldorf, but rose again from the Bundesliga with the club during the season . In 1998 he was signed by the upper division FC Wegberg-Beeck . Trienekens let his playing career run out in the reserve team of MSV Duisburg .
