For coach Michael Schiffner , once teammate of his father, he graduated from the first big race of the elite class, was one of the team "Colorful Berte Leipzig" to the Peace Race teams from the years 1999 and 2000 .

Radochla then received an offer from the Festina team. Radochla celebrated his first international success at the Etoile de Bessèges in 2001, before joining Team Coast in 2002 . There he won a stage of the Saxony Tour and a day section of the Hessen Tour as well as the Grand Prix Rik van Steenbergen . After a change of sponsor, Radochla celebrated a stage win for the Ullrich-Team Bianchi in 2003 at the Tour of Austria before he drove for the Spanish team Illes Balears-Banesto . With his move to Team Wiesenhof - later Team Wiesenhof-Felt - the sprinter returned to the roots of his career. After the team dissolved, he signed with the Austrian team Elk Haus-Simplon , where he celebrated two victories of the season within two days. After a second and fourth stage place at Szlakiem Grodów Piastowskich , he won the fifth stage and the points classification on May 11, 2008, and the next day he landed a (home) victory in the sprint at the Neuseen Classics - All about brown coal . In May 2012 he won the mountain classification of the Bayern Rundfahrt and moved to the Basque team Euskaltel Euskadi at the end of the season . In 2014 he ended his career.

In 2014, after the Euskaltel team dissolved, Radochla ended his career as an active racing cyclist and was subsequently active as a sporting director for the Giant-UrKrostitzer team . In addition, he planned together with the Saxon Cycling Association to set up a new U23 team that should start for the 2015 season.
