The NSP-Ghost team was a German cycling team from Elztal in the Odenwald .
The team was founded at the end of 2010 and has participated in the UCI Europe Tour as a Continental team since the 2011 season. Team manager was Thomas Kohlhepp , sporting director Lars Wackernagel and consultant Erik Weispfennig . The Swiss NSP AG was the main and name sponsor of the team operated by NSP Marketing AG until the end of the season , which will be operated by the newly founded company NSP Sports & Experience from the 2013 season . The team was dissolved at the end of the 2013 season.
