The or also the stone ridge is 512  m above sea level. NHN high mountain in the northeastern foothills of the Spessart near Sinntal in the Hessian Main-Kinzig district in Germany .

geography

The Steinfirst is southwest of Mottgers . In the north of the mountain is the district of Sterbfritz , in the west Breuning and in the south Neuengronau . The Steinfirst is bounded in the west by the Lederhosebach and in the north by the Auerbach . To the east the slopes descend steeply to the narrow sense . The Kinzig rises at its northwestern foot . The Steinfirst has a double summit , through which a path runs. Both peaks are about the same height (north-east summit 512 m, south-west summit 493 m) and lie in the district of Mottgers. The Hohe Wiese and Steinfirst nature reserve near Breunings is located on the north-western slopes of the mountain .
