The stream crosses the border between Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein and flows through a tunnel under the Rahlstedt outdoor pool. South of the Rahlstedter wood, the Wiesenhofgraben flows into the Stellau, which continues through a residential area. It flows into the Wandse near Rahlstedter Strasse, south of the center of Hamburg-Rahlstedt .
