Stephen A. Mann

Stephen A. Mann (* 1834 ; † 1881 ) was an American politician who was the Secretary of the Territory in the Utah Territory during the tenure of Governor Charles Durkee . After Durkee fell ill in December 1869, Mann represented him from January to March 1870 as acting governor of the territory .
