Strilkowe (Ukrainian Стрілкове ; Russian Стрелковое / Strelkowoje ; Crimean Tatar Çoqraq ) is a Ukrainian village in Cherson Oblast in Henichesk Raion .
location
The village is located off the northeast coast of the Crimea on the Arabat Spit between the Sea of Azov in the east and the Sywasch in the west. Henichesk district center is 32 km north of the village.
history
The place was founded in 1835 and was called Tschokrak (Чокрак) until 1945 . On March 15, 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kiev reported that 80 Russian soldiers had entered the village.
