Sven Rampf

Sven Rampf (born October 21, 1971 ) is a former German ice hockey goalkeeper .

Player career

The 1.82 m tall goalie began his professional career at EV Pfronten in the Oberliga , before moving to EV Füssen in the 2nd Bundesliga and later for one season in the Bundesliga at Krefeld EV . After that he played only one season for EC Bad Tölz and then for ETC Timmendorfer Strand .

In 1995/96 Rampf played a DEL game for EC Hannover in addition to his contract in Timmendorf. Then, however, the goalkeeper signed a contract with the Ayr Scottish Eagles in the British Ice Hockey Superleague and then played for a season in the United Kingdom . For the 1997/98 season Rampf returned to Germany and played for the Adendorfer EC in the first division before moving to the German champions Adler Mannheim in 1998 . With the eagles, the left catcher was able to win the championship again, but then switched to league rivals Augsburger Panther. Further stations of the goalkeeper were the EC Bad Tölz from the 2nd Bundesliga as well as the ESV Königsbrunn and the EC Pfaffenhofen , which played in the Bavarian League at that time , and the EV Landsberg , who played in the Bavarian League and the Oberliga at that time . In the 2006/07 season , Sven Rampf was on the ice for his old club, the Augsburger Panther, as well as for SC Riessersee in the major league. The goalkeeper has been playing for Pinguine Königsbrunn in the regional league since the 2007/08 season . The 2008/09 season he spent at fourth division EV Pfronten . Then he ended his career.
