Sylwia Ejdys (born July 15, 1984 in Bogatynia ) is a Polish middle -distance runner who specializes in the 1,500 meter distance .

In 2007 she won the European Athletics Cup and the World Military Games and won bronze at the Universiade .

The following year, she was eliminated from the Beijing Olympic Games and finished seventh in the World Athletics Finals . At the 2009 World Championships in Berlin, she reached the semi-finals.

In 2010 she was fourth at the World Indoor Championships in Doha and twelfth at the European Championships in Barcelona .

So far she has been five times national champion over 1500 meters (2006-2010). In the hall she won the 800 meter title in 2009 and 3000 meter in 2010 .

Sylwia Ejdys is trained by Marek Adamek and starts for the club WKS Śląsk Wrocław.
