The Tâtre is a river in France that runs in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises on the municipal boundary of Le Tâtre and Touvérac , generally drains in a north-westerly direction and after 20 kilometers flows into the Trèfle as a left tributary in the municipality of Allas-Champagne . On its way, the Tâtre crosses the Charente and Charente-Maritime departments .
