Tachenberg is a village in the Altendorf municipality in Lower Austria.

The small town consists of the scattered settlement Tachenberg and several individual layers. The homesteads in Tachenberg were first mentioned in 1386. In 1889 Tachenberg and Syhrn became part of the Altendorf community. Tachenberg can be reached via the road from Gloggnitz to Kranichberg .
