Taryn Nicole Terrell (born December 28, 1985 ) is an American wrestler , actress and model . She is currently under contract with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling .

youth

Terrell was a cheerleader before her wrestling career and also did powerlifting . She also posed several times for Playboy .

Wrestling career

WWE (2007-2010)

In 2007, Terrell took part in the Diva Search Contest hosted by WWE . In the end, she took fourth place. In early 2008 she was signed by WWE and initially used in their Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) development league. Then it was on ECW , the assistant of Theodore Long . Terrell was the general manager of ECW from April 2009 to February 2010 until this broadcast was discontinued. She then went on to wrestle on the SmackDown show until she was temporarily suspended in August 2010 due to personal incidents between her and her husband Drew Galloway . In November 2010 she was finally released from her contract.

TNA (since 2012)

On August 16, 2012, Terrell debuted under her real name at Impact Wrestling as the new referee of the Knockouts Division in the match between Miss Tessmacher and Madison Rayne . On the side she also began performing at TNA's Ohio Valley Wrestling Development Center , where she once won the OVW Women's Championship . In January 2013, Terrell started a feud against Gail Kim at Impact Wrestling . As a result, she has only been active as a wrestler in the ring since March 2013. On September 19, 2013 she was able to defeat the TNA Women's Knockout Champion Havok and Gail Kim in a three-way match at Impact Wrestling and thus became TNA Women's Knockout Champion for the first time.

In the February / March 2010 issue of Playboy (Playboy Special Edition) a picture report about Terrell appeared, as well as in the special issue November 2010 Big Boobs, Hot Buns

Acting career

In 2007, Terrell made her acting debut and was featured in an episode of the series K-Ville . An appearance in Common Law followed in 2012 , after which she was seen in the film The Agony of Choice . Also in 2012 she appeared in six episodes of the Treme series . Several film projects in which she will appear are currently in post-production.

Private life

Terrell married her fiancé Drew Galloway (Drew McIntyre), also a wrestler for WWE, in early May 2010. On August 8, 2010, Terrell was arrested for domestic violence against her husband Drew Galloway, which eventually led to her release. In May 2011 it became known that the two had divorced. In August, Terrell announced that she was taking time off because she was pregnant by boyfriend Mark Lewis.
