SpiderTech powered by C10 is a former Canadian cycling team .
The team was founded in 2008 under the name Team RACE Pro and, as a Continental team , took part in particular in cycling races on the UCI America Tour . The manager is Josée Larocque, who was supported by the sports director Steve Bauer, who was a successful professional cyclist in the late 1980s. The acronym RACE stands for Racing Against Cancer Everywhere. In 2011 the team acquired a license as a Professional Continental Team . For financial reasons, the team did not apply for a UCI license for 2013, but hoped to take part in international competitions in 2014 as the UCI ProTeam . In the absence of sufficient sponsorship funds, this project was finally abandoned in June 2013.
