The Tengi Ragi Tau (other name: Angole ) is a mountain in the Himalayas in the Rolwaling Himal mountain range .

The Tengi Ragi Tau lies on the border of the Nepalese administrative areas of Janakpur and Sagarmatha . When the visibility is good, the summit offers a view of Gauri Sankar , Mount Everest and Makalu . On the southern flank of the 6943  m high Tengi Ragi Tau runs the 5755  m high Tashi Lapcha mountain pass , which leads east from the Drolambao glacier in the west to the mountain village of Namche Bazar . The 6,273  m high trekking peak Parchamo rises south of the mountain pass . The Tengi Ragi Tau also has an east summit ( ), which is 6650  m high and about 1.3 km east of the main summit.

The Tengi Ragi Tau was approved for ascent by the Nepalese government in 2002, along with 102 other peaks. A Japanese mountaineering group from the Hokkaido Mountaineering Association then targeted the mountain. At the end of 2002 they managed the first and second ascent of Tengi Ragi Tau. Koichi Ezaki and Ruchia Takahashi as well as the two Sherpas Pasang Tamang and Tul Bahadur Tamang reached the summit on December 4, 2002. Onoda, Morishita and a Sherpa made the second ascent the following day.
