Texas Open 2017

The Texas Open 2017 took place March 2-5, 2017 in Dallas , Texas , United States . The women's squash tournament was part of the women's PSA World Tour 2016/17 and belonged to the PSA 35 category .

The winner of the last edition in 2015 was Amanda Sobhy , who did not participate again.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. A wildcard was not awarded.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 35,000.
