Texas Open 2015

The 2015 Texas Open took place April 7-12 , 2015 in Plano , Texas in the United States . The women's squash tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the Silver 35 category .

Defending champion was Nour El Sherbini , who did not run again. The winner was Amanda Sobhy , who beat Nour El Tayeb in the final with 11: 7, 8:11, 11: 8 and 11: 4.

The field of participants in the women's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard got Natalie Grinham a spot in the main draw. The total prize pool was $ 35,000.
