Squidward from Chlapowski

Thaddäus Baron von Chlapowski , Polish Tadeusz Chłapowski (born February 12, 1826 in Turew , † August 28, 1879 there ) was a Prussian manor owner and politician of the Polish minority .

Life

Thaddäus von Chlapowski was the owner of the manor on Gut Turew in the district of Kosten in the Prussian province of Posen . He studied law , worked as a court assessor and then took over the management of his estate.

From 1859 to 1867 and from 1870 to 1873 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives , from 1859 to 1873 a member of the Poznan provincial parliament. In addition, Thaddäus von Chlapowski was a member of the constituency of Posen 5 ( Kröben ) in the Reichstag of the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1871 . As a result, he was also a member of the Customs Parliament since 1868 . He belonged to the Polish parliamentary group .
