Thassilo from the ceiling
Thassilo von der Betten (born December 1, 1911 in Grimma ; † June 6, 1995 in Schwinge ) was a German lawyer, from 1956 to 1977 chief district director of the Stade district and chairman of Concordia insurance.
Thassilo von derdecke came from the nobility ceiling . He studied law at the universities of Rostock , Grenoble , Munich , Berlin and Göttingen . In 1939 he passed his state examination in law.
After the Second World War, von der Betten was a lawyer in Stade and from April 1, 1956 to 1977, he was the district director of the Stade district . From 1963 to 1989 he was President of the Landscape and Knighthood of the Duchy of Bremen . He was also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Concordia Insurance for 42 years .
From 1969 to 1989 von der cone was chairman of the Stade history and homeland association and from 1977 to 1990 senior of the St. Antonii brotherhood in Stade . His estate on genealogical research can be found in the Stade State Archives .
