Lance Rockfort is an elite mercenary. His job is to protect the US President's security advisor, Roberta Jones, at a meeting with Jamar, the world's most wanted terrorist. However, neither he nor his crew know with whom Jones is meeting there in Bucharest. During the meeting, the group is attacked by strangers. In the course of the rescue operation, Rockfort finds out with whom the security advisor met. As the film progresses, a conspiracy against the United States is uncovered, which could only be cleared up in this way.
