The Doomsayer is a five-piece hardcore band from Mondovì, northwest Italy , founded in 2012 .
history
After the Italian deathcore band Stigma broke up in 2012, four former musicians of the group formed the group The Doomsayer in March of the same year. Stefano Ghersi (vocals), Andrea Bailo (guitar, vocals), Flavio Magnaldi (bass) and Stefano Ghigliano (drums) are the founding members of the band.
For 2013 the group was confirmed for the Mair1 Festival in Montabaur . The band played on June 28, 2013 on the EMP Stage with A Traitor Like Judas , Antagonist AD , Every Time I Die , Chelsea Grin and The Bouncing Souls .
In the meantime the band released their single Fire. Everywhere. out. The quartet is now under contract with Candlelight Records . Her debut album was released on October 28, 2013 via this label. It is also called Fire. Everywhere. The album was recorded at Ridgeway Studios ( where Bury Tomorrow and The HAARP Machine recorded their albums there) in Oxfordshire and at Lambesis Studios (including As I Lay Dying , Winds of Plague ) in San Marcos , California .
